There are several mentions of this family associated with Perroy among the surviving Latin notarial records of Geneva. The original documents seem to have used the form De Torculari, which the abstractor has rendered in French as du Pressoir, rather than the form typical of this region, Dutruict (all of these forms meaning literally "of the wine press"). These citations were occasioned by the third marriage of Jeanne de Torculari to Jean de Becio (rendered in French as Dubied) alias Fabri (Favre) of Geneva. A citation in the same series of records of a Jean de Torulari, citizen of Geneva in 1529 may refer to Jeanne's nephew, mentioned in her testament of 10 oct 1519.

Here testament was recorded 10 oct 1519 by Hilaire Richardet, notary at Geneva, and has been abstracted in the series of Latin notarial records there. Her name is given in Latin as de Torculari, which the abstractor chose to render in French as Du Pressoir. The abstract says that her second husband was Adam David, and her current husband was Jean Dubied (de Becio) alias Favre (Fabri), mezelier and bourgeois de Genève. She made bequests to her brother Joël and her nephew Jean Dutruict, son of the late Nicod Dutruict. She named her husband as residual heir. A further settlement after her death was made between her brother Michel de Torculari of Perroy and her husband Jean de Becio alias Fabri 12 jan 1520, recorded by the same notary.
Her nephew Jean Dutruict may be the same person who is mentioned in a document of the same notary 30 apr 1529, in which Agnel, wife of Jean de Torculari bourgois de Genève settles with Maxime du Villar regarding the estate of her father Henri Melde (?), mareschal. The records of the citizens and habitants of Geneva will probably shed some light on these families.
