Ursula has remained a mystery. Probably they were married in England and their first child, Sarah, may also have been born in England in the early 1640's. The baptisms of both John and Mary were recorded in Hartford; so probably Sarah was born before they reached Hartford and Richard, their last child, was born after they left it.
