Marriage contract for her daughter Marguerite, recorded by Isaac Guibaud, 25 mar 1718, mentions that the original agreement was signed 11 may 1715, signatories including Mr. Vulson de Villette. Perhaps he was the father or brother of Marguerite DeVulson. She had died by 30 sep 1725, when her daughter Marguerite Arnaud, her coheritiere, gave power of attorney to Mr. de Ladvesseil of Corps en Dauphiné to sell her share of the estate, notably in Oriol en ... (not yet deciphered) en Dauphiné.
At La Mure (Isère), we find the surname Vulson and also the compound surname Vulson de Villette. In particular, we find Marc Vulson de Villette, uncle of Judith Barnaud (she b. about 1655, daughter of Jaques).
La France Protestante notes the suggestion that the family was of Scottish origin (Wilson), and identifies one Marc Vulson de Villette as the Sieur de Villette, elder of the church at La Mure 1656-1665, evidently the same man who was the uncle of Judith Barnaud. The Mr. Vulson de Villette who is mentioned at Lausanne, not identified in La France Protestante, appears to be Salomon, who appears next to Louis Genevois in the 1698 Huguenot census in Lausanne, age about 50, thus b. about 1648.
