He is mentioned in 1403 (ACV Fn 9, fol. 14) as one of the people who held a share of a common access road or path in Chavannes, "subtus Fontem", that seems to have originally connected several properties belonging to the Dutoit family to the main road. Not all of these people have been identified as Dutoit descendants.
The list in Fn 9 is: Anthonius Cular (son of Roletus son of Ansermus de Tecto), Richardus Grinjoz in the name of his daughter Beatrix (his wife was Perrussona, daughter of Clemens son of Williermus de Tecto), Nycodus de Tecto (son of Johannodus), Anthonius Barat (son of Jaqueta de Botens daughter of Brusseta de Tecto daughter of Johannes or Johannetus de Tecto son of Perretus de Tecto alias Grant or de Ogo), Johannes Maleyton no connection known), Perrussona wife of Anthonius Magnin in his name (no connection known, she is acting in this capacity because of the illness of her husband), Nychodus Muriseti (no connection known), and Oudricus de Costergio (=Uldricus de Costel, no connection known). Elsewhere in Fn 9, there are some clues: Fols. 270 and 270v (this section concerns a part of Chavannes-sur-Moudon that was subject to the mandement of Rue), Jaqueta daughter of Briseta (=Brusseta) de Tecto shares property with Anthonius Magnin, and these are also shared with Johannes Maleyton. Fol. 7v, Oudricus or Uldricus was a brother of Nycodus de Costel (de Costergio), and (fol. 9v) they are sons of Murissetus de Costel, and they have an uncle Johannodus Berset. There are a number of references to Nycodus Murisseti, but without mentioning his parentage. Might he have been the same Nycodus de Costel, using his father's name as a surname?
The same path or road is described in Fn 5, fol. 3 (1379), shared by the following people: Roletus Culart, Clemens de Tecto, Johannes de Tecto, Broeyseta filia Johannis de Tecto quondam, nominibus suis et Roleti de Tecto filii Perrodi de Tecto, et certorum condivisorum de Tecto.
