However, since she was of legal age at the time, it would not have been necessary for a parent to give consent.

PA, with wife Mary A. and children Oliver N., Joseph F., Elizabeth, Charles E., Richard A., Elias R., and 2 unnamed infants. Our Oliver is a different age and was born in OH, not PA.
