Estimated date of birth.
Will to my dau Jane Biggert and to James Biggert, my son-in-law, the negroes Charlotte, Dolly and Polly, and the Rice (Price) plantation of some 130 A during the lifetime of my daughter Jane, and at whose death the negroes Charlotte and Polly and their offspring are to be equally divided among Jane's daughters by David Rea, and the plantation, at Jane's death, is to be divided among her sons by David Rea.
Grantor: John M. Rea; Grantee, Jonathan Rea. Description: 133 3/4 acres on Armour's Creek. Price tract willed to four sons of David Rea, deceased, (viz) David L. Rea, James F. Rea, John M. Rea, Jonathan Rea, by their late grandfather, John Stinson. This land was to be used by their mother, Jane Biggert, during her lifetime. It is assumed that Jane was dead by this date, thus the land reverted to her sons by David Rea. John M. Rea then sold his portion of the plantation to his brother, Jonathan, for $200.

Remainder of my estate to be equally divided betwixt my brother Michael's son, Michael, and his sister Ann Stinson....
Early research by Shirley Underwood; old copy is not easy to read. Deed was between Michael Stinson, hatter, and James Conner. Original patent was to Thomas Beatie in 1757, property along Cataba River. Other names mentioned were Robert & William Latta, Robert McCasland (?) and it was noted that the name Stinson was previously "Stephenson". Need to locate a better copy of this deed.
